Before I started my business back in 1993 I started in apartment maintenance in 1978 and supervised all major building repairs and up grades. I love what I do. I specialize in jobs that one man can do. *** My office is open Mon.- Fri. 7:00 AM - 9:00Am for phone calls and appointment setting. *** Most messages left after 9:00AM are followed on and returned the next business day. *** I start most all jobs between 11:00AM - 11:30 AM. I don't eat lunch, or take the time for one.

I always stick with the job until it's done. I also offer consulting on major services

His communication prior to the install was quick and on point. He was on time and everything went very well. Reasonable cost. Would highly recommend.

Marty did a great job replacing two old wood doors with two steel exterior doors on our attached garage. There was a considerable challenge with the install because the existing 1950’s doorway was not plumb. Marty was not deterred and the result looks great.

He had challenges with our front door because our house was not built right. But he pressed through those challenges, and it turned out beautiful!

This was a difficult job. Marty had to try to match old trim, and the concrete floors - over which the new drywall was hung - were very uneven. Marty is meticulous and it showed in the results, which were outstanding. He's also very personable; we enjoyed working with him.

Exceptional. Marty called me back right away, indicating that it would be a couple of weeks before he could get to the job. Then, almost exactly two weeks later he called back to find out if I was still interested in his help. He then came out the next day and looked at the mailbox and gave me an estimate. The mailbox post was repaired the next day at exactly the time he said-- even in the middle of a rain/snow event! Very pleased.

It went quite well. We were a bit unsure about the colors we wanted to use. Marty offered some advice -- he has excellent vision, and knows what will look good and what will not. We went with his advice and could not be happier with how it turned out. We've been in this house for the better part of two decades and this is the best our screened porch ever looked.

Sometimes it's hard to accommodate new customers because of a lack of trust letting a stranger into their home. A lot of times the work takes more than a day or longer. Therefore it can be hard to schedule around a new customer to be there while doing the work. Excellent! Marty is fantastic to work with. He is knowledgeable, personable, creative and meticulous. All work was done within the timeline that was promised. We relied on Marty's expertise to help us create these new structures and he did not disappoint us. Both porches are beyond what we anticipated. They are sturdy enough to park a car on while being very attractive. Marty will be our go-to person for future jobs that he is willing to take on.

I could not be happier with the job that Marty did. The work turned out beautiful and it was done in a timely manner. He showed up each day when he said he would and brought any concerns he had about the project to us promptly and clearly explained what needed done. We were so pleased with his professionalism in every area! The time frame he estimated that he would get to the job was accurate. When he did come and do the work, he was committed to excellence and did a great job. Because our house in many areas was not built right, he encountered some challenges that he had to work through, and did so brilliantly! We so appreciated his work, and would definitely call on him again!

I purchased the dishwasher and it came damaged, yet he was able to make it work within his original estimate.

Marty did a great job replacing a very old front entry door at our home. He also replaced 2 storm doors for us. His work was excellent, and he went the extra mile to work around some poor work done by another company. He was on time, and cleaned up after the job. I highly recommend him, and I will be using him for other jobs in the future.

I called a few people to help me install a new range hood. The first person came and quit the job. Marty came in and got it done, despite some challenges due to the unconventional placement of electrical wire and the misalignment of the ducting opening. He's professional, effective, trustable, and willing to handle unexpected challenges (rather than simply quit just like the previous guy). A very good experience from my perspective.
