They did a good job installing the flooring. I had a bedroom, a hallway, and they installed stairs for me and it was done in a day.

A joke. We followed every instruction that was given to us. Licensed, experienced contractor ( that works for them) laid the floor. Floor acclimated for approximately 6 weeks in my home. Humidity readings done, and floor looked beautiful after instillation. Within 3-4 weeks I had gapping and cupping. Notified LL and manager came out to evaluate home. He has very nice and professional. Stated there is obviously something very wrong and they would make this right. Ha ha. Got a letter from corporate stating this is a and quot;non-warrantiedand quot; claim. I received a wonderful and quot;Flooring 101and quot; Xerox copy of proper instillation instructions and was told they would have no more corespondents with me regarding this claim. REALLY? So much for doing the right thing and a 30 year warranty. A licensed flooring inspector and an attorney are already in the works. AWEFUL!!!!
Description of Work: I purchased 1400 sq. ft of bamboo flooring. Please don't judge me, I really didn't know how bad a company this is.

We did find some seconds that the factory had put into the boxes and when I brought it to their attention, they exchanged the bad wood floor sections with no problem.
Description of Work: They provided advice and products for the wood floor we installed.
