They could have given me a better price and I know they made a lot of money off me. It was very clean when I picked it up so it was very nice to have that. I did call them back on one occasion about question and it did take them a while to get back with me which I thought they could have expedite that call.

I'm very happy with them. They even will pick you up and drop you off when you leave your car with them.

Visit to look at vehicles - all vehicles locked (it was 12:30 in the afternoon) and nobody in the lot.
Made subsequent appointment to test drive a vehicle. Sales person was not flexible as to test drive route (told me where and when to turn)...was not even able to take vehicle on freeway. Did explain and quot;fine printand quot; in offer when asked (advertised price included rebates and $2000 minimum trade in; advertising made it sound like rebates and trade in were in addition (and quot;plus you getand quot;) to price.
Nice vehicle (Sorrento); drove well for where I was allowed to drive it.

I love the vehicle. What made me decide to buy was the perseverance of the salesperson. The only part I was kind of surprised at was when that I had to pay for fees that I didn't have to pay for. The person we dealt with was very professional, but I didn't like how that was slipped in there.

In 2009, we bought a used 2007 Kia Sedona minivan. We were very impressed with the sales people. We took the van in to the service department for routine oil changes and a minor mechanical issue that fell under the manufacture car warranty. And we were even more impressed with how we were treated by their service people!

Because of their great service department, in April of 2011, when it was time for us to replace our vehicles, we went to Kia. Because of the shortage of used cars, we were able to get great returns on both of our used vehicles and decided to purchase new. We got a 2011 Sportage and 2011 Sorento. The sales process went smoothly! We have continued to use the service department for the oil changes.

Over the summer, we ordered a Yamaha roof cargo box and the cross bars for the Sorento. The parts came in when it was time for an oil change, so we asked to pick them up at the same time. The service guys had some extra time and installed the bars and cargo box for free. They really take care of their customers!

We currently have the Sorento in the Kia bodyshop to fix damage that was incurred from a rear-end car accident from 2 weeks ago. We have not seen the end results, but the process has been seamless so far! They have worked well with our insurance company, especially when more damage was found once the bumper was removed. Kia dealt with our insurance company and we received a call explaining everything that was found. They also provided us with a free loaner car. We have no doubt that the work is going to be great!

We have been so impressed with Kia's service and professionalism! We recommend them to everyone we can!
