Description of Work: I have purchased 2 homes through Jeff Burke and his team. I have recommended Jeff to multiple people and two of my friends have purchased homes through him. Jeff and his team really know what they are doing. The only constructive criticism is that sometimes they are slow to respond to questions via email or phone. I would still recommend him and his team despite slow communication.

 + -1 moreJeff is the best of the best! He takes a stressful situation and makes it easy and calm. He treated us as if we were his only clients at the time. Answered every call, every question and always there for us. Not only is Jeff amazing at what he does but he is an amazing person as well. The whole staff is phenomenal! We used them to sell our last home and will use them to sell our next home. We recommend Jeff and his staff highly!

 + -1 moreDave was a lot of fun to work with and was honest when a house wasn't right for me. I appreciated that from him. He was also always available to work with my schedule to get me into houses when I wanted and negotiate my crazy offers. I am not sure what the cost was for him or what commission he received so I put $500 but know that it was a percentage of the purchase price and was likely more than that.
Description of Work: Dave Martin worked hard to find me the perfect home to fit my family needs.
