He was very friendly and very nice. He was very proficient and quick. He came in at the quoted price and I have not had any problems since.

They have a lot of turnover in their service department. Their service person really tried, but he really wasn't familiar with a lot of the features on the spa because he wasn't factory trained. I had to threaten a lawsuit before the manufacturer stepped in and made sure I got service from another place. I had a warranty on it and needed a feature to work. When the manufacturer arranged service with another company, they came out and fixed it better than what it was. I would not use Hot Water Works again.
