They had done some investigating to see why the lamp burns out within the 6 month warranty. First they cleaned out all the airways and fans. They charged me $80. Then a few months later the lamp burned out again. They let me keep my tv at their store until I got the new lamp. When it came in they installed it free. When I got it home, I was having trouble with the color, so I called them and Chris came to my house and fixed it for free. He told me he wasn't happy until the costumer was. I haven't dealt with a repair shop and was so satisfied in a long time. They will have my business every time I need them!
