We had also purchased a drain and garbage disposal flange in bronze, to replace the old ones and to match the new faucet. When we asked Home Depot how much more it would be to have these installed, they called the company that does the installation for them--Delta Mechanical. They were told over the phone by Delta Mechanical that it would  be more cost efficient for the plumber to quote the additional services when he came to install the faucet. (I was there when Home Depot called Delta Mechanical, so I know this is the information that was provided.)
When the plumber arrived, he wanted $150.00 more to install the two small items. (A complete sink installation--which we did not need--would have been $225 through Home Depot, including the faucet and other components. So, we were under the impression--as was Home Depot--that the extra items would be something less than another $75.00 on top of the $150.00 already paid for the faucet.) The plumber called his supervisor, who would not budge on the price. So, I called Home Depot.
Home Depot was very prompt and professional in addressing the problem. They called Delta Mechanical; Delta Mechanical called the plumber (still on site); and the plumber, after being assured he would be paid by someone--he did not care whether it was Delta or Home Depot--installed the items. He did a great job, and Home Depot has a happy customer due to how they handled the miscommunication. We were not charged another $150.00 to install the drain and flange.
Home Depot often gets a bad rap on its installation services. One of the plumbers who bid on the job (who was going to charge over $400.00 just to install the three items) said that Home Depot would try to "upsell" once the installer arrived--that suddenly we would need new pipes or new components of one kind or another. He was wrong, and we are very pleased with the job and with how it was handled by Home Depot.
So far, we have used Home Depot installation for two services (to install a garage door opener and to install the kitchen fixtures). We have been very happy with both jobs. A third job--window installation--was bid at an absolutely astronomical price, so we did not use the Home Depot window installation service. But that is another review.

I am very pleased. The person whom Home Depot works with for installation was always very prompt and professional. The staff at Home Depot (particularly Stuart in the Millwork area) made me feel very comfortable with my purchase decisions and installation services. He made sure that I got exactly what I wanted and always took the time to take care of any concerns that I had no matter when I came into the store. I even received a follow-up phone call after the installation was complete.

They were able to take out the old tile, they had to take a jack hammer to get it all up. It took about two days to get the tile off. It was a very complicated job. Once they finally got it all up, it took about 2 days to lay down the hardwood floor. They did an excellent job and I was very impressed! I particularly liked the man that worked in the flooring department of Home Depot, he was fantastic to work with.

I liked that they offered a 24 hour rental price so you did not have to rush. Other places, the 3 hour charge would be more then 24 price rate. The equipment was in tip top shape. We felt like we got a really good price for it.

I think they need more staff. When I did get a hold of someone, they were very nice. I will go here again in the future.

I was pleased that they delivered the range at no charge. They also hauled away my old range at no charge. I did have to pay $20 for a power cord, which was nominal. The representative that I worked with suggested that I might want some additional maintenance and the maintenance price for 2 years was $60 so I got that. They delivered the range within 2 days. They gave me a 4-hour window and they delivered the range at the time they said they would. They called the day before and they actually arrived within the first hour of the 4-hour window, which impressed me. They brought it in and took the old stove out. I was very pleased and I am considering buy a freezer from them.
