When they came they discovered they did not have the right plug replacement - they were great and came back the next day with the new plug and the unit was able to be installed. We were leaving for vacation and needed to do laundry before leaving. They were so accommodating and responsive - we will definitely have them do any electrical work in the future.

I talked to the owner of the company over the phone prior to the service.   He was very professional and helpful.  He gave me confidence that he understood the electrical issue that was occurring and could resolve the problem.  He scheduled an electrician to come to the house and gave me an estimate for the work.  The electrician arrived on schedule.  He was very professional and knowledgeable, and resolved the issue within a short period of time.  The cost was in line with the estimate and reasonable.   I am very pleased with the service.

They replied very promptly to my request for an estimate. The salesman was very knowledgeable and patient and answered all of my questions. The generator was installed the next week. Everything went well with the installation, and they cleaned up after they were finished. All of the workers were very polite and also answered my questions. The price is high, but is similar to what other companies are charging. I consider it expensive peace of mind. We lost power this morning, and the generator started right up. I was thrilled!

During the week of December 23, 2013, mid-Michigan was hit by a massive ice storm. Approximately 40% of the households in the Lansing area were without power afterward. Our entire neighborhood was dark for a week. Because of the massive damage, I had trouble getting any electrician to come look at the mast for the power lines to my house. Most electricians said they had 1-week waiting lists. Mr. Hager was able to come to my house the day that I called. He told me what he'd do to repair the mast and said he could do it within a couple days. He repaired the mast within 48 hours. Eventually the power company restored power to our neighborhood. This included attaching the power lines to the mast that Mr. Hager had repaired. We encountered no problems.
And Mr. Hager's bill matched his estimate.
I was grateful to have found Mr. Hager. It was one of the few happy outcomes in a frustrating week.

Called the company that did the installation, heard back from them 48 hours later. My neighbor had called Hager-Fox, gave them my name also, and the furnace was back on in 2 hours. Hager-Fox will be my first choice for service in the future!

It way okay; not great but not bad either. They did the job in a more or less timely fashion.

Hager Fox has helped me in the past, and I called them when I needed help in my new home. They provided a prompt estimate, and installation. They were very patient with me and my questions. I asked for an air conditioner for my upstairs bedrooms. This house has a hot water heating system. They were able to install a system in such a way that the whole house felt cool. This was the hottest summer on record. I appreciated their expertise and professionalism, and their ability to help me have a cool home.

John Fox is the owner. I don't remember what I paid for the last service. They were responsive and I never had any problems with their work. I would use their services in the future too.

I called them, they were prompt in getting back to me. The technician that came out was courteous and helpful and I was 100 percent pleased with their work.

They were wonderful, they were very professional, they were very clean and tidy, and there prices were very reasonable.

They do very good work and their pricing is competitive. Extremely punctual and professional.
