Griffin Window & Screen Cleaning

I contacted Mark Griffin after he had been recommended to me by a friend who had heard about his services.  I left a message and my call was returned within a short period of time.  I made an appointment for a window cleaning estimate.  Mark arrived at the agreed upon time, made a quick estimate (large condominium with walkout lower level) which I accepted and set an appointment for the actual work to be done.  During the course of our conversation, Mark also mentioned that he did power washing and deck work but didn't yet have those services listed on his current business cards.  I asked him to look at my deck which was badly peeling and after a conversation about what needed to be done, Mark agreed to add the deck job to my window washing project.  We set an appointment for the work to be done and after a number of delays due to rainy weather, Mark began working on the windows and deck, saving the outside windows until after he had finished the dirty work power washing the deck. It was no easy task to get the peeling paint from that deck during a scorching hot day,  and, all in all, it took a couple of days to get everything accomplished.  In the meantime, neighbors approached him to set up window cleaning and power washing appointments for themselves. He efficiently handled their projects as well and just today came back to apply some stain on my deck. 

Mark did an outstanding job at a very reasonable price.  I'm very happy with the quality of his work, his communication with me during the rain delays and the manner in which he handled additional requests from me as well as requests for service from my neighbors.  I will happily refer him to anyone who is looking for a business owner who provides a quality services at an affordable price.  He's very personable, punctual and dependable and offers a breadth of services that meets many of the needs of homeowners in my area.  Being fairly new to my neighborhood, I'm happy to have found Mark Griffin and happy to recommend him to you.  Give him a call and see for yourself.
