It went really well.  They were on time, and cleaned up when done.  The new windows look great, provide privacy, and still allow ventilation.  The price was really good.

Great service, worked me into their busy schedule, came out promptly to provide an estimate at my rental home, installation day was perfect, showed up early before the rain, did an excellent job with the installation AND cleanup. Estimate was final payment, no hidden or add on charges, nice!

I am a happy woman. They gave me excellent service. Removed old wood frames from basement windows of 1920's house and installed glass blocks with center vent. Neat, clean, quick, friendly. No debris left behind anywhere. I was not satisfied with the cosmetic look of the sill on two of the windows and they came out immediately and adjusted to my liking - nothing wrong, just me. That's the kind of customer service you dream about ... so I highly recommend this company. And, my basement is full of light, just like they said it would be!!

They did a great job installing the glass block into the foundation. They took all the old windows away and cleaned up nicely and it looks great!

smooth as glass, :) the custom glass block sizing really makes a difference, they look great. Installer was very understanding about our messy basement and was able to work around some of the heavy stuff under the windows so we didn't have to move everything. would definitely use them again.

Everything went well. They were in and out in the amount of time they said they would. The coupon we got through the ValPak was confusing when it came time for the chimney cap. It said $100 off, but when I tried to use it they told me it was only for masonry work, but it said on the coupon 'chimney caps.' they were nice though and gave me 20% off our total.

I have used them several times to replace basement windows with glass block. They are friendly, flexible and reasonable.

Mike arrived promptly at 9am, worked swiftly through the day and was done by 2:15pm. He was fast, thorough, and very professional. He cleaned up nicely after the work was done too! The windows look fantastic and we haven't had bugs (or anything else) entering the basement from around the windows since. Highly recommended!

This is the second time that we used Glass Block and More and we couldn't be happier with the service that Jeff provides. Two years ago we had five basement windows put in with no problems and this time we had a glass block window put in place of the existing standard window in our shower.
Jeff was on time for the consultation and worked with our timeline for remodeling our bathroom. He personally came and installed the window on a Saturday morning and was nothing but professional during his time at our home.
In addition he provided some very helpful bathroom remodeling tips that were essential to our completion of the job. I highly recommend this company to anyone thinking about glass block windows.
