+ 0 moreIt went well. Ken was responsive (unlike 2 other companies), showed up when he said he would, and did the job in the amount of time he said he would. So far (3 months), the floor looks great.

+ -1 moreVery pleased with work done, were told by two other floor finishing companies that 3/8” thickness floors couldn’t be successfully refinished a second time. Ken Hoffman did a very good job and we were able to keep the floors that we had for less than 1/3 of the cost of new hardwood floors. 👍🏼👍🏼
