Through the entire process, seeking, researching, viewing, inspection, closing, the whole nine yards, Kara was a gem! Kara has my highest recommendation for the fine service she provides as a real estate agent through Keller Williams.

It went so well! Kara worked so hard to get us into a great house. The thing I appreciated most about having her as our realtor was that she worked hard to learn us as a family (what our desires, tastes, goals were). I loved the fact that she was super honest with us. There were a few houses we got excited about, but she knew the neighborhood or house better than us and instead of trying to make a quick profit, she would tell us no to those houses if she knew they didn't ultimately fit what we'd want. She was protective of our family getting into a place that would be good for us, our kids, our future. We now live in a house that we absolutely love. We didn't think we'd be able to even live in this neighborhood, but she got us in! Last thing, we loved working with Kara so much that through the process me, my wife and her are now friends and still love hanging out!

Kara was awesome and super helpful and responsive. We were buying from outside the state and she made it super easy to get through the process. She made time for us when we were in town and made provisions even if she wasn't available. Kara was extremely observant and knowledgeable about the homes we looked at. She was a lot of fun, too! She helped us from day one, going to home after home and taking personal videos and sending them to us from out of state ad we searched for our home. She had the best recommendations for home inspectors, contractors to do work on our home, and her own insight as to what could go wrong with each house we looked at. Imagine the most difficult situation to buy a home. The home is in a flood zone, the buyer has poor credit or lacks funds, there are problems with the title, etc. I had none of these. I would argue that my situation was much more difficult. You see, I work in China full time, and only had a very limited time to return during February. I won’t go into the amount of paperwork or the extra steps needed to close on a house in this situation, but it is mind boggling, causing most people to have a nervous breakdown. Only a real estate agent who really believed in a person and did everything they could for a client, would even think about starting this task. This is Kara Grossman. Kara planned all of the home searches around our tight schedule. When I finally found a house that I liked in a good neighborhood, she recommended that I go slightly above the listing price to close faster. This was the perfect advice, because the seller agreed that day, which was important in the current market. Then, she was a bulldog on the Bank that I used, because they kept having issues with getting the loan finalized. She helped me with the power of attorney, and she finally handled most of the closing with my brother. Now, I am sure that this process drove her crazy, but she never complained, and continued to fight for us. She will do everything she can to get you a house fits your requirements and situation. I am sure other agents say it, but I doubt many would have stuck with me. Kara found my sister a home and now me. We joke in my family that she has become the real estate agent for all six of us. Kara worked hard to find just the right house and property based on the information I provided.  The list of requirements we provided was long and I had hoped to find a house with maybe 75% of them met.  Kara took time to understand what we were looking for and persisted until she found one that amazingly met all of our requirements.  Throughout the purchase process she stayed on top of the progress and kept us informed.  I always felt that she was honest with me and kept my best interests in mind.  If I sell or purchase again in this market I will definitely contact Kara.
