I went in at about 3 in the afternoon and just beat the rush. We discussed what I wanted and then walked to my car to make sure of the size I needed. He took my keys and drove it into the shop and I went in to the cool and comfortable lobby. Facilities, which I did not need, were available. I sat down and started reading the latest 'Car and Driver' magazine.
About 30 minutes into the magazine my name was called. Ben was at the entrance with my car. He gave me my keys and explained that he couldn't reset the computer for tire pressure because he didn't have the key fob. Not knowing what a key fob was I pulled out my other set on the keyless entry. He took that and activated the computer, then went around to all of the wheels and reset the pressure sensors, shook my hand and wished me a good day.
I was amazed at how good the car rode and handled. It was truly better than new to the feel. The tire choice was excellent and I am pleased.

I stopped in because a tire was leaking. Even though it was closing time, they checked and did find a screw in it. It couldn't be repaired so they put on my spare so I could drive safely, until I could get the tire replaced.

I was so excited when they told me my tire that had 50,000 on it was still under warranty. And since it had a nail in it and they could
Not fix it, it would only be $15 for a new one. They bend over backwards even when they are busy.

Awesome! I purchased new tires and a week later i was traveling in the UP and one of the tires totally blew out at the sidewall. It occured during labor day weekend so there was no hope of finding any service, and AAA said i was out of luck until the following week unless I could manage to make it below the bridge!.
Anyways, drove the car home on a doughnut and brought the tire in to DT the next morning, they replaced the tire free of charge, no hassel notta! great guys~!
