As always very smooth. My brother and I have used Denny's for many years. They are professionals all the way around.
The prices in general are not the least expensive but you get what you pay for. The bit extra is worth not going back a second time.

These are honest people, and the work was done well and on time.

Everything was fine, leak found, repaired and truck was ready when theyy said it would be ready.

Denny's Auto Diagnosis Inc are very professional. I have gone to them for years. They are a family owned company which I like. They are honest. I have older vehicles so like I had a muffler problem, so they were able to fix it without having to replace the muffler. The muffler was a bit expensive and sometimes I feel they are expensive, but their work is so good and I trust them. One time, they quoted my husband an estimate and they made a mistake and quoted less than it should have been and they stuck to the lower price because it was their fault. They do good work. I haven't done any price checking so I can't judge them. They use quality parts. One time I had a hole in my tire and I took my car to another person and they repaired it but down the line I got another flat and I went to Denny's and they told me it was due the way the repair was done, because the type of plug that was used was not good and I believe them because Denny's use good parts. My Mazda is considered a sports car and he talked to me about different types of tires, because if I kept the sports tires that the Mazda uses, then it would be expensive, so they talk to you about the options and if something is cheaper for you, they will suggest it. They discuss what is cost effective or what will do the job. I have been with them for probably 9 years and the person I had bought my truck from had gone to Denny's.

They are very professional and have always provided good work. I've never questioned their service. The only thing I've disliked is their price. They aren't always the cheap, but I guess when your service is good, you can charge more for it. I don't have a problem recommending Denny's to anyone.

The service was quick and thorough. The service technician found us better priced-tires and a used rim, which was very helpful. I thought that the price for a used rim was a little high, but otherwise their price was better than the average for this area.

Engine was leaking oil, and and running poorly, they poor a solution into the cylinders that was suppose to help bad rings. They also clean the MAF sensor which is a 5 minute job. I know they were trying to take car of one thing at a time, but I don't feel they really looked at the whole engine, I wanted a thorough inspection and I don't feel like I got it. Sure I can take it back, but it will cost me more money. I think there's a crack in the manifold, and truly believe that were the source of the problem is. The car is just getting worse and worse. I should mention that I've had friends who had work done here and have nothing but good things to say, I got the impression that they are now very short staffed, and the professional service as slipped a little over the years?
