Dallas Cole

Greetings, I am writing this referral for Dallas Cole. My wife and I were lucky enough to find Dallas on Angi's website and couldn't be more thrilled to have him as our partner in the remodeling of our home in Lansing. From the start, Dallas has a calm and knowledgable grasp of construction and the nuances of working on a project (unexpected costs, minor problems and has a can-do attitude toward completing the projects, etc.) and he enjoys collaborating on ideas, but respects the opinions of the homeowner. My wife has grown up in construction and understands the complexity of the business and how uncertain working on projects can be. Dallas was attentive and took on ownership of the project as if it was his own (his attention to detail was impressive)! During our remodel, we went from remodeling a bathroom to redoing floors and adding a bathroom in the basement. Our tasks changed and grew and he was amazing to work with based on these changes. One of the great unknowns in construction is how the cost of materials changed during the COVID era and Dallas kept us abreast of these and worked with us on pricing plans. Bottom line, we feel like Dallas helped us out in a difficult time of trying to price out contractors, find one a person that's reliable, and has a collaborative spirit...he was all of these.
