All aspects of the process went smoothly. The salesman was able to provide options as how to best address our needs, and reducing expenses.

I just purchased a home and needed the softener checked for proper operation. They said they would call in 2 days to set up a time. They called the next morning and were here first thing. My old softener was in poor shape, and costly to repair. They quoted me a price and were here in 2 days to install. Very professional and courteous. I am pleased with this service.

Installed new water softener 2 months ago - completed first salt delivery on Dec 17.

It cost us nothing. I was impressed that they could make our water go from yellow to clear. They keep trying until it is fixed that is what they differ. They came about seven times until it was fixed. They are knowledgeable as far as changing the filters for our drinking water, when they should be done and how often. They always call when they are going to setup a time and they are punctual. They are nice, as they take their shoes off.

We have been with Culligan for many years and normally service is good. That changed when we got a call in mid December 2012 in the morning to come service our RO water system. Service wanted to come that same day. I called them back and informed them no one was available to let them in and requested a days notice.
By the end of January had not heard anything so called and was told our paperwork was in the call ahead box. This system is supposed to be serviced yearly changing filters and cleaning. It is now Febuary 18th 2013 and still have not heard a word from them on scheduling our service.

After call from me on 02/22/2013 they did come out following Monday. On time and satisfactory service. A little over 2 months from original service time.

The "Culligan Man" -- or men, in this case, were every bit as competent and professional as advertised.  There salesman was on the spot in 24 hours and we completed an on-the-spot agreement without any haggling or hassle.  The price was about 40% of an earlier quote we got from an independent.  The installer was wonderful, and when he discovered that I had a problem with the drain that had been used by the previous system, he advised me as to how I could repair it and even found me the names of a couple of competent contractors I could call in to cut a hole in a 12 inch cement wall that I needed to put in a new drain. Again, competent, courteous and kind.  Once I got the new drain hole cut, the "Culligan man" arrived within 24 hours and got the new softener installed, working and checked out in an hour and a half.  He was exceptionally courteous in helping my wife understand the settings on the system. CALL the Culligan man!
