 + -1 moreClay Brewer is one of the very best around. He does mainly commercial work, but, if you are lucky, he'll squeeze in some residential jobs too. He is usually extremely busy, and, unless your residential problem is urgent, you may have to wait--which is normal and worth it. He's very up front about his schedule, and he is very easy to contact. He now has a colleague who works for him. We've used Clay Brewer for more than 20 years, because he is smart, experienced, honest, and a man of integrity. He will tell you exactly what you need, what you don't need, what will work, and what won't. He knows, and he knows how to do it RIGHT! We highly recommend Clay Brewer.
Description of Work: A/C tune up, repair leaks, furnace tune-up, new humidifier, new humidistat.

 + -1 moreThey do good work and sometimes it takes a little while to get here because he is so busy. When he does get there the work is excellent and reasonably priced.
Description of Work: Clay Brewer installed the furnace and water heater. The most recent visit was to repair the igniter in the water heater.
