My experience with Joe was excellent. He arrived within minutes of the appointment and called to let me know he was going to be late. He removed his shoes, was shown the room where the equipment awaited him and he began to trouble shoot. In a short time he discovered the problem, fixed it by adding a proper cable then set about adjusting the projector. Because the Harmony web site was down today Joe could not access it; he will return after the new year to reprogram the universal remote. Everything was done in a reasonable way without hustle or delay. I liked that Joe took his time to evaluate the system and problem before taking action.
