Paul knows his business - when he came to measure we discussed carpet types and what would be best for my tiny house that has one main traffic area right through the center of my living room. a nice Fleck carpet was the choice and I couldn't be happier. Paul also noticed that my floor in the bathroom wasn't safe so my whole floor was replaced and vinyl was put down the installers were early, polite, and we're eager to go to work. When I returned home from work my house was a totally new house! Did the whole house, plus the bathroom. Left the extra carpet for me, even cut a piece for in front of my front door on the porch. that was a "homey" touch.

The price is good. There were a couple of areas that lifted up but they did come back and fix them two days later.

They were very professional and courteous. I thought they were prompt and reasonable priced. I told them I found them on Angie's List and they gave me a $150 discount when they found that out, which was very nice. Overall, everything was excellent.

Around the first of March we began our search for new carpet, stopping at three vendors including Carpet Man we sought estimates for carpet and installation. When we met with Paul he and quot;cut to the chase,and quot; provided carpet and pad examples, offered a very competitive price and arranged to visit our home to confirm the measurements we provided.
The measurement took place at the prearranged time. Upon departure Paul confirmed he would communicate the estimated delivery date and arrange an installation date. Within four hours March 18 was established as the installation date.
The 4-person installation crew arrived promptly at 10:30 AM and set to work. All furniture moving was included in the purchase price which set Carpet Man apart from one vendor who increased the cost by nearly one third. Once the furniture was moved the old carpet and pad were removed. As needed the new carpet was off-loaded, brought into the house, laid out and cut. Installation continued and by 3:30 PM the crew was out the door. All major furniture was returned to the location we requested. Clean-up was great. The crew didn't waste any time, were amazing in their efficiency and skill.
This is the second purchase and installation by Carpet Man. When our house was built 15 years ago Carpet Man carpeted the entire house.

It took some time for me to settle on the color; we finally decided to do a two color custom design. Paul ordered everything, after verifying the measurements, and the install date was set up. Our installer, who has done work for us before, was right on time. He removed the appliances..including the dishwasher, and got to work.
Our kitchen is octagonal and this custom design took a lot of measuring and cutting. In the end, it was perfect.

We have used Carpetman for close to 20 years now. All of our carpet, tile, vinyl comes from them; when we remodeled our cottage, we got our tile and carpet from them as well. In all of the years everything has been perfect, seriously. In fact, one year, after having my carpets cleaned upstairs, it was obvious that the carpets needed to be re-stretched; I called and someone was out the next day to take care of it for me.

I shopped, took home samples, selected and they installed. This is a local company and they don't have sales, but give good prices all the time. I tested this out because Lowe's was having a 20% off carpet and installation sale. I found the same carpet and got an estimate from them. With the sale price, it was within a few dollars of Carpet Man. They came on time and installed it well. It looks beautiful!
