Paul was prompt and was able to come to my home to do an appraisal within a couple of days of calling me. He was thorough and spent considerable time going over my property and house. He was efficient and had excellent customer service skills. After supplying me with several photos and comparibles in my appraisal I was happy. i contacted Paul and schedule an appraisal and i live in another state so i have to travel to Michigan . Paul was very accommodating as well as he was very prompt and thorough . This appraisal was an estate appraisal requested by the court and it was accepted on its thoroughness and merits, i would highly recommend using Paul for all my appraisals in the future.

He was able to come out the following Monday, conpleted his work in less than an hour, and I had the report the following afternoon with appropriate comps to support his documentation.
