B's Randall Auto Service

I've been going to B's Randall Repair for years. I had a costly estimate for a repair from another auto repair shop and this place told me I didn't need that work done and instead it was a cheap repair. I've trusted them ever since. I have found Brian and Tom to be very honest, nice, and professional. They even told me when they thought it was time for me to give up the fight on my old car and get a new car even though it meant less business for them. They have helped me with all of my auto repairs over the years, and I won't go anywhere else. I would highly recommend B's Randall.

My car would run, and then stop, just shut off without warning.  I thought it might be the alternator.  I went to the dealer, and they recommended a new alternator and said there may be an issue with a wiring harness.  I called my brother for advice, because I thought the price was high.  He recommended I bring my car to his mechanic, so I brought my car to B's Randall Auto Repair.  I was supposed to be on my way to the hospital to be with a friend who was on life support and I was upset.  When I told the owner this, he gave me the keys to one of the shop's cars and told me to go, that he would look at my car and call to tell me what was wrong.  I was SO grateful.  When I returned, the owner told me all that was wrong is the connections on on the battery were loose and that I did not need a new alternator.  He did let me know that I needed a new ball joint and axle, that I could drive on them for a little longer...I didn't have to do it at that moment...but it needed to be done.  I was so appreciative of what he had done for me and his honesty, that I had my car repaired at his shop.  Based on my brother's recommendation and what the owner did for me in helping me, making sure I could get to the hospital and letting me know that the other shop was wrong and making the right repair, I would never take my car anywhere else.  As a woman, you always wonder and worry that a repair shop might be screwing you over, thinking you don't know any better.  The owner of the shop was great, showed me exactly what was wrong...and I really appreciated the time he took to explain things to me.

It went very well.  We have been using Randall Automotive for about a year now and really enjoy their service.
