Trimmed approx. 40 bushes around the house and cleaned up. Responed promptly to phone call requesting estimate. Arrived for estimate an hour later. Completed job the same day.

They did it over the course of two days. They did a decent job. One thing that kind of upset me. They left my fence gate open on the first day. I have a dog and called them on it and they seemed to honestly apologize. They did haul the wood away. I do wish they had said something about dissolving the tree stump but they did not and I have not pursued it as yet. Not sure if I will bother.

We have been doing business with this company since November of 2010. -- All of my dealings have been with the owner, Aaron. They mow our lawn weekly and trim bushes and trees as needed. Since we are out of town a lot, I generally pay them 1 month in advance during the mowing season. They have done excellent work for us. During hot dry months when grass doesn't grow, they adjust their mowing schedule, so we don't get charged for service we don't need. Overall, we are very satisfied with their service and would recommend them to others in our area.

We purchased a Groupon for tree removal using Atlas Lanscaping. I had done research online and estimated our 20 foot tree would cost about $250 to remove. The Groupon I paid $75 for was for $225 worth of service consisting of three man-hours of labor and removal. After winning, we contacted them and Aaron came out. He quoted me a price of $525 plus the Groupon to remove that tree, indicating that it is a complex job and would require about 6 hours to do. He also repeatedly indicated that we had paid $75. While that was true, I think he was considering our Groupon to be only worth $75 and was quoting $600 less the Groupon. He was also very annoying, seeming to find something wrong with every tree on the property, complaining about OSHA requirements, and indicating how he is the only licensed tree removal specialist in the area. I was concerned that this price seemed very high, so we contacted other landscaping operations listed on Angie's List. Wright Way Tree Company promply came out and gave us a quote of $250 for removing that tree, clearing some other dead branches, and removing a large dead Birch tree branch. We agreed to that and they came out. They were here about an hour, did exemplary work, and charged $250, less than half what Atlas Landscaping wanted to change even not including the Groupon. I feel Atlas was dishonest in not giving proper value to the Groupon and massively overpricing the service. We contacted Groupon and they refunded our payment as a credit. I would not recommend that anyone contact this company.
