They are very pushy and they don’t like to give you any deals. The minute you walk in the door they don’t leave you alone. They almost act desperate. They need to back off and let customer shop around.

Their delivery expenses are too high. It would have been $100, I live less than a mile away, it was just too high. I had someone else pick it up. The price on the bookcase was reasonable. The price of delivery is where I have a problem. I have bought stuff from them before. They were fine on the sales floor. They could have educated me better on a bookcase like that, so it wouldn't tip over. I had to buy a stabilizer.

The lounger already has a crease on it where your butt sits and that's pretty sad and we bought it 18 months ago. The experience was fine, it's the quality that I'm not happy with.
