They were very unfriendly and unhelpful on the phone as if they could care less if they could help us out or work with us on the situation. They did diagnose the problem but the office folks were so rude I would not recommend them to anyone.

I gave them a B overall because they had to come out twice. I don't know whether that was necessary or not; I wasn't pleased with it. I think the pricing was probably average. I don't feel it would be fair for me to say much because I have this experience so infrequently, and I don't have a lot of frame of reference for this. They did come on time, and they were very pleasant and professional.
