They were not on time and the party who came out had to leave a couple of times and one time he came back in 45 minutes and the next time he came back in 2 hours. He didn’t have the right equipment. What I didn’t like is that when they had stopped this particular drain, they actually charged me $300 which was twice as much they quoted. It wasn’t even overtime nor had the water stalked up. They were way too overpriced. The guy who came out said that it was the same price they charge every time they come out. I had already showed them where the leak was and they knew what was happening. So they actually charged me because one was the kitchen drain and the other was the floor drain and they didn’t know which one had the issue so they did both.
