Description of Work: overcharged, work not done, big mess, lied about cost of materials by 2 or 3 times amount. opened up very large hole in basement pipe, that drains from upstairs toilet, then plugged it only with a rag. so for weeks after, I was unknowingly flushing human waste into my basement bathroom. bier also tried to charge me to have them cover up their mess, even though they never finished. now he has an attorney after me. Im new in this area but i hear other people around here, have had problems with david bier of abc con. also

Excellent service! September of 2013, part of roof blew off, he replaced even after 10 years with cost.
