Basement Waterproofing
They didn’t do anything. They came out to fix the cracks in the wall. They sealed the cracks in the walls and I was still having waterproofing issues. She charged me to do the outside of the parameter because they already water proofed the inside of the parameter. When the water proofed the inside, one of their guys’ didn’t connect the pipes and it busted the crack. Then all the water was dumped into the sewage and we ended up having to replace the sewage. Then the he came out and told them to dig up and put the crack on the outside of the house but they did that years ago. There have been issues where my walls are just deteriorating and then I asked the other company to water proof the back of my house, because I felt their water proofing system was not working. The walls have molds on it, so obviously it has some problems. The walls are cracked and they came out and tried sealing, but that was about it. They tried to fix the situation and then he charged me way more like $4000 for one wall. They came out and painted and they told me I should paint every year and that’s why it is doing this. They pretty much were promising and said things were okay and I don’t think that is professional to lie about something and say the work was great. They were hiding something. The broken pipe was put 10 years ago so we really can’t do anything about it because it has been so long. They charged me the same price that lot of water proofing companies came out to do the inside. They were comparable. They were actually supposed to do the inside but it was a poor job done. I was upset. They cut the driveway like a rectangle all the way around my house and they tied the wall and put it back in with cement and the cement collapsed. They came six months ago and put more cement and put plastic over it. It looked awful. It looked terrible. I don’t want to deal with that company anymore. They tried to rip me off and charge me double.
