Tim underbid three other contractors. He applied two coats of paint and did a very professional job. We intend to use TM Property to aid us in performing landscaping and numerous other projects. Tim's work and ethics were beyond our expectations.

Hired them to remove old lawn edging and several plants from front flower beds. Also to add new brick edging around flower beds. This went very well. Very pleased with their work, clean up and consultation when there was a leveling issue on front corner of the house. Also asked them to add some patio pavers for additional area to patio. They worked well, again, consulted with me and clean up was great. I will definitely call them again for more work in the future.

Nine mature oak trees plus six other types of trees is almost a thousand pounds of leaves that came down all at once. They did a much better job than I do and saved me a bunch of time. Really appreciate it and highly recommend their services.
