I can't recommend Erich Hochleitner highly enough. He showed up right on time, was very efficient in his examination using all the right tools (modern technology), answered every question, was really knowledgeable on some of the more obscure construction techniques of a 90 year old house, identified the most significant issues with the house and identified the probable cause of those issues and recommended specific remedial action. It was obvious through the inspection that Erich was passionate about his profession and took it seriously.
