If i could give 0 stars i would. Had this company come out to my house last year to blow out our sprinkler system and went to use our sprinkler system this year and found that it must not of been blow out correctly because there was a burst in one of our pipes. When we called to inform the company, whatever women answers their phones was completely rude and snarky. Told us that they have over 20 years of experience and there was no way they could of done anything and that it was basically our fault. Don't waste your money with this company. If they accidentally mess up it'll some how be yours.

I called them yesterday asking about a spring start up. They scheduled me in for today (yest less than one day). The normal charge is $45 but I had a few heads that needed to be replaced (so the cost was $65). I was very impressed with the professionalism and the quality of work. They were in and out in less that a half hour. I am not sure why other people rated them lower as they did a "bang up job" for me. Highly recommended. If I could give them a A+++++ I would.

After they left, I checked all eight stations and found two serious problems. The first was a broken sprinkler head that shot water straight up 12 feet into the air. The second was a broken pipe that resulted in very little water coming from the sprinkler heads and a gushing underground stream.
I called and told K&N about the problem. They returned the next day and after I showed them the problems, they corrected both. They finished and left without informing me. I once again checked the systems and found a second, slow leak that they missed.
Instead of calling them for a third visit, I went to the hardware store, purchased the necessary parts, and repaired the problem myself. It would have taken me less time and money to do the check and the work myself.

Overall as usual with this company (we have used them before) everything was done professionally and expediently. And all in one day. Everything was done to our satisfaction, including instruction in how to use the new controller. The only problem we have ever experienced is the timeliness of returning calls. It may take a few calls to contact them but believe me it is well worth it.

I called this company on June 5, 2011 to make an appointment to have my irrigation system started for the season. Although they were very busy during this time of the season they told me they would come on June 8. They gave me a time window and showed up exactly within that time frame. They started my system and checked and adjusted every sprinkler head. I was very impressed with their work and professionalism. I intend to use this company exclusively for anything regarding my irrigation system. I would definitely recommend this company anyone.

Chris came out at the appointed time with the materials needed. He worked with me to design the best plan for our new yard. It worked great then and still does years later. I tried to tip him and he wouldn't take it. He also charges me the same for maintainance calls today as he did 9 years ago. He's honest and competent.

Last year, my other sprinkler co. (Mc Clurg and Creamer) told me they couldn't get my my system working. They quoted me $2,000 for repairs after trying for 10 minutes. I also called out Waterville Landscaping and they wanted to sell me a new system. I refused and joined Angie's List to see if I could find another company. K and N had one review, but it was good. I called them and they came out and got the system running. They only charged me $70. They forgot to check the back yard and replace one head in the front yard, so I had to call them out again. At that point I wasn't sure what to think of them. But they came back out and made everything right. This year, they sent out two other guys and they did a very professional job. They checked every zone and replaced 3 heads. Their rates are very reasonable. Just make sure they check all your zones.

He showed up on time and answered all my questions before he got started.
