College Hunks Hauling Junk - Minneapolis

Do not use college hunks. Their pricing is lower than their competitors and that is for a reason. I used them and they broke or damaged thousands of dollars worth of items including my couch and a dresser, they broke mirrors and an entire box of crystal which was a family heirloom. Their corporate office got involved and gave me $123. They are a joke. Incredibly unprofessional. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

Very well; the guys were on time, polite, and did a great job.

I scheduled my appointment with this company and they had two young men out later that day. They gave me a bid of $220 to haul a couple bags of potting soil and some random yard trash away. They then called me and told me that they would not be able to haul the potting soil away because it was to hard to get them loaded and it would take to long. I then called their manager and he agreed that they bid it for that price and would finish the job. An hour later they called me back and spoke with the owner, and informed me that they would give me $60 back and that they were taking what they could and leaving the rest. For what they took I could have taken it to the dump in Roberts for $40. I can not even describe how disappointed with this company. Your service was terrible to say the least.

I appreciated the thoroughness of the quote process. It was clear the service being provoded and the cost. The team that provided the service at my home was very courteous, professional and did a great job. I was extremely satified and would recommend this comoany to others.
