My wife and I didn't know anything about concrete so we showed Joe Marion (the owner) what our problem was with water puddling in 1 area of our garage floor. He looked at the garage floor and said that 2 of the large garage floor pads needed to be raised and this would fix the problem, as it would get the floor back to the proper and quot;pitchand quot;. He came back out and did the job, but during the clean up my wife spotting water puddling in the same place. He didn't fix the problem !!
I called Joe the next day and he was very rude ! Told me I had a condition called a and quot;bird bathand quot; and that it would be a much bigger job (several thousand dollars) to fix. But he still wanted the $650 for the work that he did lift the pads !
So we still have the same problem we had prior, and I am out $650. Would not use again.

Came out to level all areas of concrete driveway. Several areas that were supposed to be done are still very uneven. Doesn't look any better for paying 700 hundred dollars. Owner is rude. Would not use again

I wasn't home when the work was done. All the areas that were to be lifted and leveled, were professionally finished. No problem with payment; just sent a check after I inspected the work. I would use this company again, if needed. Now I have a nice level driveway and sidewalk!

Joe responded to my email in a timely manner. Came out to the house, explained what had to be done and gave me a quote on the spot. I had other quotes to get so I did not sign up to get the work done at that time. When I did decide to go with them, I was able to schedule to have the work done within a week. He showed up as scheduled and performed the work required. He also found, as he proceeded with the job, an additional section of slab that needed to be raised that was not included in the original quote. He did the additional work for a very minimal change to the quoted price.
When the leveling was completed he explained to me in detail how I should fill the joints in the sidewalk and slabs with the appropriate material. Told me where to obtain the material and how to apply it. I was very satisfied with the way the job was done and the knowledge he had of the process. Would definitely consider using them again if needed

This company has exceeded my expectations. Joe, the owner returned my phone calls promptly, which is very important to me. I even called him on Saturday evening and he took time to answer my questions. Joe is very easy to work with and I would use this company again whereas their work was professional and the quoted price was fair and reasonable. When Joe was finished with the job all the drill holes were plugged and capped with cement and you can’t even tell where they are. The driveway was hosed down and cleaner than when he started. With respect to the finished work the sections of the driveway which were tilted are now correctly leveled and pitched so that water will run away from the house. Let me add one additional comment and that is while Joe was at house working I noticed that the cement steps at the front porch were sunk down about 1 inch on one end. I asked Joe if he could correct this and he said he could. Not only did Joe straighten the steps perfectly but he did it for a nominal additional price. I would reccomend this company to anyone looking for this type of work.

I had a pad of concrete by my side door approximately 5'x8' that had over time tilted to the foundation of my house. When it rained the slab channeled all the rain water to the foundation of my home. I had them raise it and drain the water away from the foundation. I actually never saw them, I called made the appointment he did the work while I was at work right on time.
Only one small matter is I never got a bill.

I called Aand B last fall and Jim (the owner) explained that the weather had changed and it was too cold to do the work. He advised that he would call me in the spring and provide an estimate, which he did. I found that he has been in the business for 20+ years and did all of the work himself, guaranteeing the work for 5 years. He was very honest, noting that giving an exact estimate was difficult, as he could not be sure how large the voids were. Instead, he noted that his usual price for material and installation was $330 a cubic yard, and each hydraulic cartload held 1/3 yard. We agreed that the cost would be determined by the number of carts to complete the lift and fill all of the voids. For my job, it was 13. He successfully lifted the 3 slabs on the porch without a crack and was very circumspect to watch where the material may exit from the porch foundation. He drilled small holes in the pavement, noting that over the years, his customers were happier, versus other companies that used larger pumping slots. The voids under the garage floor took nearly 7 cartloads, and I was surprised that the pavement hadn't cracked with cars atop it. Our home was built in 1968, so some considerable settling had occurred. (The voids were discovered when a gas leak at our outdoor meter alerted us-holes were drilled in an attempt to discover the leak). Other estimates from Angie's contractors were at $1500 and 1600, so I got a bargain. They arrived on time and were finished 4 hours later, a testament to their great work. They cleaned up and went as far as to wet sweep the driveway to remove any little splashes or leftover material. All in all, quality work and it saved me a fortune over Rand R-ing the slabs.

They were right on time for the job. They were able to finish the project in the timeframe that they had originally quoted. Everything looks good. The workers were kind, courteous, and informative. I thought that their pricing was okay.

I went to the website and requested a free estimate. They responded within two days. They came back on the day they promised, performed the job to perfection and told me it was alright to send payment in the mail. Professional, courteous, clean job. His estimate beat my other estimates by $100.
