He was very professional. He guarantees all his work. He is very knowledgeable about everything. His sons work with him and they also are knowledgeable and do excellent work. They work great as a team! I would refer him to EVERYONE I know who needs ANY work done!

He is a family business and he and his son are knowledgeable. I was impressed with the amount of detail he provided as the job progressed. He made a mess daily when repairing or ripping out walls, flooring, etc. But every evening he picked it up and vacuumed. Which was not necessary as it was a complete remodel. Floors, ceilings, cement bricks, basement, drywall and many other things.
I have used this company before. But he is true to his word. He does what he says and says what he does. I have tried several other companies in the past and I came back to DeGeer Builders and have not left. When I say several I should tell you I have tried at least 15 other local builders.
If you want an honest company I would at least give this company a chance. And they do everything, from outside stuff to inside stuff.

It went smoothly right from the get go. He makes sure even my wife understands what he is doing.

It was a very good experience especially since I am a woman and needed things explained to me. He never condescended me nor did he make me feel stupid.

It went wonderful. He did exactly what he said he was going to do in the amount of time he guessed it would take.
