SCAM ALERT! We've been trying to reach James E Collier for two months to resolve a couple of issues with the sump pump he installed in July 2021. We had left multiple messages and never received a call back, so today we did some research online in the hope of finding an alternative way of contacting him. That's when, to our total shock, we discovered that James E Collier filed a Certificate of Dissolution of Sump Pump Systems of Michigan LLC on May 28, 2021. He closed his business nearly two months prior to his responding to our online inquiry and replacing our sump pump in July 2021! We found that James E Collier was in business with Karen J Krueger, and we found a number for her. We called her today, and she called James, who then texted us that "Hello, I guess someone called my ex-silent partner who lives in Florida? Kinda weird but Sump Pump Systems of Michigan is no longer in business." James E Collier incorrectly installed a sump pump, invoiced us using the name of a company he had closed two months prior, collected payment in full from us, promised to perform free annual checkups for 10 years, did not respond to dozens of messages we left for him, until we contacted his ex business partner Karen J Krueger. And after all that, the thing James E Collier thinks is weird is that we called Karen J Krueger. DO NOT CALL THIS BUSINESS. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH JAMES E COLLIER OR KAREN J KRUEGER IN ANY CAPACITY. THIS PEOPLE ARE SCAM ARTISTS.
