Fast, professional and a great price. Very careful to clean up every little nail and such. Roof looks and works great. We had them do our roof the first time over 20 years ago and it lasted longer than projected. This roof should do the same.

Tremendous company and customer service. Highly professional! Fast quote. We ran into a glitch with a refi on our house, and Storts completely worked with us. Quote was the lowest bid of the four we solicited, and no high pressure sales pitch. Other companies attempted to rely on speaking poorly of the competition, whereas Storts simply stand on their excellent service and reputation. Efficient roof installation, with impeccable clean-up afterward. Roof looks great. I cannot recommend this company enough!

These guys were all about getting it done. They got it done, and cleaned up very well. I did pick up a couple of stray nails laying on the ground, but that is to be expected. They worked their butts off, and knew exactly what to do.

They came out quickly and provided an estimate and supplied it via email. I had the shingles stripped off and replaced. The work was performed quickly and completed in one day. They communicated very well and were significantly less expensive and more responsive than other bids.

We had gotten four estimates for this job. They came in at the lowest. The lady in the office was very helpful and able to provide me with the information I needed (copy of their insurance, permit info, samples). They completed the job sooner than expected and it was done in about 7 hours. The crew was very friendly. They did a great job on the roof and they did a nice job with a clean up. Overall we were very happy and would recommend them.

I called because I had a leaking skylight. There was still snow on the roof so they weren't able to look for about a week and a half. They called to schedule a visit between 9-11 but didn't make it til 12:30. The guy sent couldn't see any obvious signs of a leak and said he'd send the owner over. The owner came at 9a the next day and without calling or knocking first climbed up on my roof to check out the skylight (glad I wasn't changing or in the shower). He said they could fix it and I told him I was going to have a drywall guy fix interior damage so he asked that I organize it all to happen at once. When his guy came to do the repair he was on time +/- 15 mins. It was determined at that point the window had been eaten by carpenter ants and needed to be replaced. I worked with them to provide the serial number of the original skylight and they ordered a replacement which was installed on Sat morning (2 days later). I asked that they show me the old window before throwing it out and they were very nice about getting it down and showing the damage to me before they took it away. I wish I could say it was a perfect experience but it's was pretty good, I'd call em again if something else goes wrong.

Overall very good experience. Quick quoting, held promised schedule, job came in as quoted and install was complete without issues.

The quote was reasonable and accurate. They scheduled the work very promptly and showed up at the time scheduled. They checked the whole roof and found an additional spot where there was damage and fixed that. They were in and out quickly. The charge matched the quote and they sent a bill (rather than having us pay him on-site).

Called on Sunday. On the roof on Monday. Strong wind appeared to have damaged roof and torn off shingles. Only one needed to be replaced. Was told the whole roof was walked/inspected. Very satisfied with company for the repair.

The workers were punctual, professional, and their clean-up was amazing. We subsequently had them reroof my mother's house and we could not want for better service or workmanship.

We went with them because they were very competitive. It was a very good experience. The only issue was that there was some language. They did an excellent job, but there was a new mother and a baby. The roof was fantastic, and the service was good. They were in and out. They were very friendly. Some of the windows were open, so I overheard things. They did a good job cleaning up, though I did find some nails. I'm not sure if that's the nature of the beast, so I don't know how to judge that.

I am very pleased with the workers and the quality of workmanship they provided. The quote was right in line (price wise) with the others I had received, but was for a better quality shingle with a better warranty. The job was done quickly and efficiently, I couldn't ask for a more pleasant experience.

The estimate was right on and the crew was marvelous, pleasant and very personal. They were careful of the plants at the foundation of the house. We would recommend them very highly.

Called and received free, detailed, written estimate for roof tear-off and replacement. Approximately one month later I called to schedule the job and went to their office to select roof color. I was able to take samples home and return them at my leisure. Job started 1.5 weeks after scheduling call. Team of 5 arrived promptly at 8 AM every day. Worked all day; did not leave job site until after 5 PM with exception of one day when rain was forecast. In addition to roof work, the contractor sealed various areas prone to bat intrusion with extra metal flashing as requested by us, and also installed the exterior portion of a new Solatube/sun tunnel and vent cap we had purchased on the spot we had marked on the roof. We were not charged extra for this work; the contractor indicated he had prior experience with installing this item, and seemed happy to take care of this for us. The clean up was excellent, only a few staples found. The work was completed in 2.5 days.

Very good work. I got what I paid for. Ask for waiver of lien on material and labor.
