This only applies to the service and not new car sales... my recent experience trying to get a new car didn't go to smoothly.
So my wife took our van into the body shop for the repairs... They fixed the front bumper just fine. But between the bumper incident and repair, the Tailgate also ran into the garage door!
When they were fixing the bumper, my wife asked if they could take a look at the tailgate. They bumped out the dent free of charge for her and she was out of there (didn't charge her for that part).
Well, when she got home I took a look and the dent was gone but I noticed a chip in the paint where it hit the door. She called them back up (Brian B was the Body Shop Manager). He said to just bring it in and they would take care of it too.
Unfortunately we had a couple deaths in the family and things were forgotten. ONE Year later, she called back Brian and explained what happened and he said he would fix it.
The spot was starting to rust a bit since it had been a year but they cleaned it up and put a some touch up paint on and gave us a little bottle of touch up paint just in case. Again, no charge.
I know that getting free services are not the norm so this was probably a unique situation, but the fact that the manager remembered and followed through with what he said even after a year.... without a receipt because he didn't charge the first time.... really impressed me.
Our Van is now taken care of and I'd definitely recommend them in the future.
