He did a huge renovation for me. He did all demo work and was very honest to work with. Crew was well supervised. Did it in the time frame he talked about. It was a complex job as he raised the ceiling to get all the windows up. Had to add some structural beams for this. Very trustworthy company. My highest rating.

Pat is great to work with, although a bit scattered at times. However, aside from that, he hired the BEST subcontractors - there was never a question that we were in good hands. Pat also made us a promise that he would be on the worksite, and from everything we saw and heard, he was! He was definitely our advocate on the worksite, and he wasn't bad at keeping us in the loop, either.
