Excellent. The true test of any contractor is not an excellent job, but a job that has a problem. If there are no problems, you have no clue how that contract will react. Some only are great when the job goes great and turn ugly when there is a problem. There was a problem with my job. Not a big problem, but enough that he had to come back and make it right. I waited 3 months to call him about it due to other commitments. There was still no issues, and the job was made right.

Bill Woods and his team did an outstanding job sanding, staining and refinishing all of the white oak flooring within my home. He took outstanding care to minimize any dust accumulation while also building matching oak flat grates for the floor vents. He was extremely accommodating, offered solutions to existing challenges and very knowledgeable about all aspects of hardwood flooring. The finished job was just remarkable - it was like having a totally new floor. I would highly recommend Havelock Floors - they are professional, experienced and knowledgeable.

Beyond thrilled how the word floors look! Havelock really came through not only with the wood floor installation, but the whole experience with the company from start to finish. The dark, ebony California Coastal look is simply gorgeous, and Bill Woods the owner simply hit a home run with this home improvement project. And his suggestion of installing the wood floor diagonally truly adds a signature touch in the room, showcasing Havelock's attention to detail. Job well done Havelock!!!! THEY DID A GOOD JOB ON A COUPLE OF TOUGH STAINS WE HAD. I WAS REALLY HAPPY WITH HOW CLEAN THEY GOT MY CARPETS, BUT THE PET DEODORIZER HELPED FOR THE MOST PART, I JUST WISHED IT HAD BEEN A NICER SMELL. I WILL USE THEM AGAIN FOR SURE.
