Great job. Calvin is very prompt and knowledgeable. Max, who did the restoration on the shower and walk-in was terrific.

Job well done from start to finish. Arrived on time, results were better than I could have asked for. Calvin was very accommodating and personable. He knows his stuff and I felt very comfortable with him. He and Max arrived when they said they would and did a fantastic job. I will not hesitate to give them a call on anything.

Very happy with results. Our porcelain tile is 25 years old and the grout was really bad. To be honest I wasn’t expecting much - thought we had let it go too long. Tile and grout Look brand new. Great customer service. I recommend them without reservation and will use them again for other projects!

Due to an error, our 1st service appointment was cancelled and we had to re-schedule the date. They were booked solid so we had to wait 3 weeks for the re-schedule date. However, we can't complain about the work which was done in 2 visits (grout removal & re-grout on day 1 /grout sealing & caulking on day 2) . Nick P. was timely, efficient and explained the process and follow-up care. The grout removal was done by hand to minimize damage to existing tiles. He cleaned up the bath floor and surrounding areas so there was no grout debris from the process. The finished job looks great and the price seemed fair for the work done. We would hire Diamond Grout again .

Two technicians arrived on time and did a fantastic job of cleaning the tile in the main shower. Their work included the walls, floor and ceiling of the shower. There was an extra charge beyond the advertised "deal" to cover the ceiling and the floor. This was explained in advance and was not a problem. The shower floor looked like brand new tile after their work was done. We were given several tips as to how to keep it looking in top condition.

The service provided was fantastic and exceeded our expectations. We were able to get the work done on our schedule and within our budget. They worked hard and cleaned up very well. Our bathroom looks like new. We will be using them for our future projects We highly recommend Diamond!!

Excellent work. It looks like when we first bought the house. The seal is amazing, no need to wipe the tiles after using the shower. The work was completed in 4 hours. Would definitely use them again.

Things went well. They did what was expected. The basement bathroom looks much better with the cleaning and then the color seal to better match the room. Master bath was just a caulking removal, clean up and recaulk in a few areas that were not so great. That was done to my expectations.

This review is for the re - repair job performed by Diamond Grout. Diamond Grout contacted me after they read my review from their 1st repair of the shower floor (poor quality), wanted to make it right. They came in early November 2016, to re - perform the work. This time they did a proper job, with repairing the entire shower floor ( the technician was at the house for the repair about 1 hour). I waited to provide this additional review, for seeing how the repair held up after a couple of months. Still looks good. I wonder why Diamond Grout could not have performed the work properly the 1st time. Even though they came back and properly fixed, should have been done right the 1st time, Diamond Grout please learn from this experience. Note: I paid for 3 hours of work, but they only performed 1 hour of work. I do not have an issue with them only staying 1 hour if that all it takes to complete a proper job. Not sure if I would hire them again.

Had their tech repair/replace three small areas of grout damage in three separate bathrooms. Basement shower stall tile surround where it meets the floor tile, 2F master bathroom lower wall tile (outside the shower) where it meets the floor tile, and in the 2F main bath's tub surround where it meets the tub lip. In the end the Master and Basement baths looked great on completion (smooth/even finish and a perfect color match), however the grout later dried to a BRIGHT white and stood out prominently from the original. I didn't expect a perfect match, but was surprised at the difference (we're talking BRIGHT white). This was NBD in the basement bath (we use it rarely), but it stands out pretty starkly in the master, and my wife was a bit put-off. It has darkened a few shades with time and repeated saturation, but is still noticeable. We are planning to re-do the master in the next two or three years, so the overall result is acceptable as it gets us where we need to be without water damage. On the 3rd floor hallway bath we had them fix the grout at/along the lower edge of the tile surround on the back (long) wall at the tub lip. This was a rarely used new(er) bathroom (installed/finished <2 years ago) and the original grout had for some reason not adhered to the substrate and cracked/popped out at this joint. We use this tub to bathe the kids (only) so as not to wet the gap with shower use, but the kids are getting older and want to shower, so it was time to fix the issue. This was my primary reason for hiring this whole project out. i had left-over matching grout from the original install so color match was perfect. The tech pulled out MOST of the grout bits that were cracked/loose except one (approx. 6") area at the dead center of the tub back wall, and replaced the areas he pulled with new. Where he worked, it looks perfect. Not sure why the one area was not dealt with, i am undecided if i should try to fix that last area myself, or try to get them back out here. They do offer 12 months guarantee per the Tech. All areas that were fixed have held up since the repair (approx. 6 months).

We met with Calvin who was very professional and knowledgeable explaining what needed to be done and our options. Our first floor tile needed re-grouting. He quoted us a fair price and we scheduled with him for mid December. Nick came yesterday on time and he did an exceptional job, beyond our expectations. The grout looks better than it did when we moved in 19 years ago. We couldn't be more pleased and would highly recommend Diamond Grout to everyone.

They were fine. They were good. They did everything. I was happy. They were on time. The job was done well. The price was fair. Everything was great. I would absolutely use them in the future.

Service person arrived 2 hours late. Paid for 3 hour service special ($99). Service person only stayed for approx. 1 hour, only partially (1/3) restored the grout for the shower floor, and the new grout color did not match the existing grout color (too dark). Very disappointed, will not use again, and do not recommend to others.

They were very prompt. They did a great job. We asked them to come back for spots that needed to be redone. They came back and redid some spots. They took their time and they did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend them and I would haven't have qualms in using them again.

They did a great job cleaning the white grout between my white tiles.
