Mark is amazing. Very affordable, high quality and extremely professional. He is a small business owner so you may have to call a couple times (see other reviews) but he is worth it. He is very customer focused and that is probably why it may take a little bit for him to return calls. He runs a small business and is personally involved. He did an excellent job on my house and I would highly recommend. He offered great ideas that I did not even think of and was very aware of the budget I was working with. Give him a call you will not be disappointed. He is much more professional and affordable than the larger players in the market and his quality is far better.

Mark and his helper both arrived on time and completed the work within reasonable time. They cleaned up and put all old closet materials in the garage for disposal. The price was 1/3 the cost of another closet organizer quote, but the same quality. Owner was at times hard to get in contact with, but didn't know at that time he was moving his business. Had used him in the past for shelves at my previous address and will definitely use him again for my other bedrooms. The company is great to work with, both in design and installation.

This is the second time we have used the closet man and we loved the results each time.  Both times for walk in closets.   He is very helpful and provides suggestions for better organizing your closet.  He is an independent contractor and was not too familiar with Angie's List.  He does accept jobs based on his workload at the time.  Very trustworthy and makes sure you are satisfied with the results.

This is the second job I have hired Closet Man for.   I have a large "dead space" area behind the master bedroom door.  Mark custom built a cabinet that hangs from the wall to hold shoes, boots, handbags, accessories, etc. The unit included shelves and a deep drawer.
Closet Man (Mark) recommended hanging the unit on the wall, off the carpet.  This allows for future replacement of carpet without removing the storage unit.
Mark is able to assess the area, make recommendations based on storage needs.  Workmanship is excellent and he attends to every detail.
I will use Closet Man again in the near future to rip out an existing floor to ceiling linen closet and replace with custom shelving and drawers.
Pricing is highly competitive and I prefer supporting small business owners.  Service and workmanship superior to the big box closet companies.  The owner is the installer, he does not sub-contract.

I have a mid-50's ranch with a shallow reach in closet. I was not sure if the closet would accomodate drawers in addition to shelving and hanging needs. Mark (Closet Man), did an excellent job measuring, and custom fitting all components for the closet organizer. Quality and workmanship is excellent.
There were extra steps that needed to occur to complete this project, including removing the existing closet hanging system, patching, painting as well as removing other closet components in a second bedroom. It's a long story- but a happy ending.
Mark's attention to detail showcases a beautiful closet- I may not put closet doors back up. It looks great.

Before you pay the and quot;Big Boxand quot; companies for all of their overhead, recommend you get a quote from Mark at Closet Man. Very Competitive pricing. I like dealing with the owner/installer at a single level. The larger closet companies send one person to design, another to measure, someone else to install. Mark did it all start to finish.

Did a wonderful job building and installing custom cabinet wall unit and bedroom closets. Was great to work with and attentive to clients design choices while offering unique and creative ways to solve any issues that were presented in the design. The instalations were quick efficent and precise. Everything lined up and looked great. Mark was clean and professional thtu the entire process and was even able to accommodate a last minute change to the design. This was possible because in addition to a showroom and shop he had a traveling shop in his truck that could handle any adjustments. The price was extremely reasonable and the end product strong and of high quality.

The whole process from the estimate to scheduling to completion of the job went very well. I am very much satisfied with the whole experience.

Very good, he was here for one day 4 hours, Little to no mess, whatever there was he cleaned up. He did all work in his own van. One of the best services I've had for my complete house remodel. I would absolutely recommend him in the future.

It was a very good experience; almost four months later, I find I like my closets more and more. The materials are solid and in excellent shape, and the fit seems perfect. The closet features are also useful and helpful; for example, the organized closet is suspended and not attached to the floor, so I can vacuum the closet carpet very easily. I would recommend the service provider very highly.

It is three years later, and I have received two messages in 2014 from Angie's list to ask me to rate Closet Man. My original 2011 review stands; the closets are as solid and in great condition as they were in 2011.

I hired Closet Man to create and install organizers in the two master bedroom closets. The company was the least expensive of three quotes I received. What impressed me more was that I stopped at the shop, and Cheryl (I believe that was her name) spent a fair amount of time talking with me. Even though I had measurements, she came out to look at the closets and double check my figures. When she saw how the long closet had a lot of dead space on either end, she made a suggestion that gave us more hanging space AND lots of shelving. The two other companies did not come up with the same suggestion of double hanging rods front to back, eliminating the dark and impossible to reach corners. The installer, Mark, was very personable and professional. He even showed up at my door 15 minutes ahead of time. He cleaned up everything he did, and wiped down the cabinets before leaving to get rid of the sawdust. I would heartily recommend this company to anyone looking to fabricate a closet system. It wasn't cheap, but it is much nicer and sturdier than the wire systems at Home Depot, and a fair price compared to some other options.

Closet man was able to come out to my house and give me an estimate within a couple hours of calling them! The representative was prompt, very friendly, and brought with her samples and pictures of their work. After making some changes, I ok'ed the job on a Wednesday and they were able to come out to complete the job that following Sunday! The workman arrived on time and finished the job in the time alloted. I now have a modern-looking, functional closet system for 4 closets for less than what my sister paid for 1 closet from another supplier.

The work went very well. He was very neat and his prices were less than the other closet companies I spoke with. He was very reasonable with great workmanship.

The work was high quality - I had a deadline set that he met even though it meant he had to stay until 10 on night. As a bonus - he helped me find handles for my kitchen cabinets at a wholesale price, and made them all uniform with a jig, and installed them perfectly. He went out of his way to make sure I was happy.
