Using a coupon acquired from Living Social, AFC came out and cleaned thirty windows - outside only. They had a specialized window washing apparatus that used reverse osmosis to clarify our home water source to minimize residue on the window. The wash brush could be extended up to the third floor - meaning no need for ladders. The workers were proud to explain how it worked. We removed screens in advance -- else there would have been a small additional charge for AFC to do that.
Note: a two-panel sliding window (or door wall) counted as only one window. We basically had the entire house done for the coupon price.
