Great! I live in a 2-story older home w/many windows, & they have the original double-hung pane windows on the interior, and exterior double-hung aluminum frame storms. Great Lakes has come out twice now (I hire them every two years), takes apart the windows & then very thoroughly cleans both sides of the storms & of the interior panes, plus the window wells. Windows are spotless inside & out, for all of the work involved they are well worth the price.

The workers did a great job, it was money well spent. It did take a few days for the company to get back with me when I originally called and left a message to have the windows cleaned. Because they are so busy It took approximately 1 month before they could come to my house and clean my windows. I would definitely use them again.

These guys are awesome. We have them wash the house and windows twice a year. They cleaned the eves in the fall for us too. Nice employees, great work, punctual, excellent service. Highly recommend.

I live in an old house with pane windows (LOTS of them) which are double hung & have exterior storms which require removal. Cleaning them at all, let alone well, would take me a summer of weekends on ladders, messing around disassembling/reassembling storms and sashes, and many rolls of paper towels & gallons of cleaner. As a result, these haven't been cleaned thoroughly, particularly on second floor, since I've lived here. Executive showed up with a truck full of ladders & a four-man crew & went to work for the better part of the day, and the results are amazing. I didn't know my windows could be so clean, even with the storms on it looks like I could stick my hand right through them. Highly recommend, their quote came in lower than Great Lakes, and with the 5% coupon probably saved $150 altogether. Job well done!

They did a great job. They called to let me know they were running a few minutes. They worked around a napping baby's schedule. We have tall windows and they cleaned them very well. I had missed a charge on the estimate for screen cleaning. When I went to pay with the check I had written, the owner waived the screen fee. He definitely didn't have to do that as it was my oversight. Overall excellent service and responsiveness.

They arrived on time and went right to work. They work as a crew. We learned we have two windows where the seals have been broken, and Tood called the builder to ask if the windows were still under warranty! (They aren't.) Although one of the sets of windows requires a very tall ladder (it's a 2-story reach), they never hesitate about washing those windows. This was not the case where I lived before and the service provider I used there. Executive Window Cleaning is the best window cleaning service I have ever used, and this one is the third and last. I won't use anyone else after experiencing their superior service.

We have lots of windows, and the big picture window has a half moon window over it--requiring a very tall ladder. We had Executive Window Cleaning do all windows inside and out, all mirrors (one is an entire wall in the hall), and screens. They are prompt and do an outstanding job.

They showed up on time and I feel I got the best bargain for my buck. The windows on my sun porch were not easy to do. They did a great job I am satisfied. They were very courteous and I would hire them again.

Description of Work
Owner Todd, and one helper came. They were on time, as scheduled. They cleaned inside and outside of all windows -- including sills-- (approx 26) including in basement and garage, cleaned 22 screens, and cleaned the gutters. I have a 3 story home. They finished quickly (about 2-1/2 hours), and the windows were beautiful! Shiny, no streaks! I was very happy, and will definitely use this company again.

I called him to get a bid. The owner came out and gave a bid. I had also gotten another bid. It was competitive with the other one but Executive seemed more professional and could accommodate my schedule. We scheduled a date for the service to be done. On the scheduled date of service it started raining so we had to reschedule it for the next day, which they made happen. They did a good job on the windows although on several I could see where they stopped the rubber squeegee but it wasn't too bad. The owner brought 2 other employees who were professional and clean and efficient. When they left I found one of the screens that hadn't been replaced back into the window frame and they came back and put it back into the window frame for me. Overall they did a nice job and I would hire them again.

The boss always comes along to the job with 2 helpers. They do my windows inside and out for my 2 story house. The job is very difficult because I have large wooden storm windows that they have to carry down and clean and then reinstall. They always do the window sills as well. They also put up screens for me in the spring and clean them before they put them up. Their price is lower than any other estimate I’ve ever had. I’ve had estimates at $500.00 and they do it for only $295.00 for inside and out cleaning! They clear out my eves as well in addition for only $50.00 and they are extensive! –Everyone else wanted a $100.00 or more for that! I highly recommend them!

I have been hiring this company for years. They are very tidy, thorough, and professional. I've had estimates from other companies as high as $500, so I think $350 for the windows plus $50 for the gutters is a bargain price. They do not leave streaks on my windows, they work fast and clean up after themselves. When inside they are very careful with my drapes and hanging plants Re the gutters, they clean them from above, walking on the roof, and collect all debris in plastic garbage bags, as opposed to throwing it all down to the ground.

Washed all my my windows inside and out on my 2-story house and attached garage. I have large, heavy, wooden storm windows, which they have to carry down a ladder, wash, and then put back up. In addition, all of my windows (19 of them) are Colonial style, divided into the little 12" x 9" squares, quite a pain to wash, no pun intended. They also removed and washed the 4' x 8' storms on my screened porch (8 of those), and cleaned all my gutters as well. My gutters are on all 4 sides of my house, plus 3 sides of my back porch and 3 sides of my attached garage.

Todd came to my house and gave me an estimate for services. I called him a few days later to hire him and it was a couple of weeks before they had time to put me on their schedule. They arrived on time and did a through job of washing my house and windows both inside and out. They were very professional and pleasant, and finished the job in just a few hours. They even cleaned my screens (which we had talked about but wasn't in the contract) at no additional cost. I would recommend Todd and his crew for anyone needing his services.

When we bought our home in Lansing it was larger than we have had in the past with lots of high windows. Our realtor recommended Todd with Executive Window Cleaning. I thought it too extravagant to have someone wash the windows. That fall the windows were filthy so I pulled out the card left by the realtor and spoke to Todd. His quote was amazingly low compared to what I thought it would be. He scheduled, showed up and the windows and screens sparkled. I could have never done the job they did and in only a few hours. Since then Todd checks in with me a few times a year and one time before a fund raiser we called him. Today they are here cleaning again so I wanted to share my good fortune with others.
