 + -1 moreIn our case, this is a simple process, and Eric is professional and responsive. He has provided this service for us for the past couple of years and for the family who owned the cottage before us for many years (they recommended him to us). He calls back within a couple of days after leaving a message on his office phone and also provides his cell number. He is flexible in scheduling and willing to do extra work (such as fixing a leaky faucet) while on site for an extra fee. His prices are the going rate in the area.
Description of Work: Eric Spangler, owner, opened our summer cottage which in our case means he turned on the water and made sure the pump was working. He also closes the cottage in the fall, which means he drains and blows the lines/pipes for water so they will not freeze.

 + -1 moreI had a service contract with Consumers Power for furnace repair. They sent Spangler out to fix it. Furnace just needed to be cleaned and I helped clean the grates in the boiler. Spangler said that cleaning wasn't part of the contract, so I had to pay him. Then he went and charged Consumers for the same work. I talked with Consumers and they refunded my money. I would not use him again.

 + 0 moreMr Spangler has again winterized and reopened our cottage for spring. This is a great help to our family; everything is always ready and in working order. Mr Spangler has consistently been timely, professional and thourogh with the work that he's done for us. We have used Mr Spanglers company for both furnace and plumbing needs.
Description of Work: Mr. Spangler has been winterizing and reopening our cottage in the spring for several years. He is consistently professional and completes work as scheduled. It's good to know all will be in working order when we return in the spring.
