Everything went smooth, from the estimate to their scheduling of the job, and getting the work done. They were there 3-4 days tops and did a great job. I only give them a B on professionalism because I found some debris around the house that could have been picked up, but no big deal. Their price was better than most, so I will pick that up and save some money any day.
I would highly recommend them for your roofing job.

Jerry Merrell came out to give me a quote just a couple days after calling him and had his crew out the very next week.  Price was competitive and the job seems to have been done well.  We're very happy overall.

He found a gap by one of his helper and fixed it woth no cost.

Came out the same day I called for a an estimate.  Mr. Merrell keeps things very simple.  He will answer any questions you have, but won't put on the "dog and pony show" to sell you on his services.  We didn't contact them right away to have work completed, but when we did, he dropped off a sample of us to choose the color we wanted.  About two weeks later we got a call they would be here the next day and they showed up at 8 to begin working.  The men working did their jobs, didn't talk to you unless you talked to them and just seemed to go about the business of doing what they came to do.  The job was complete in 4 days and it looks great!

I love these guys. Not only top work, but they also repaired some loose siding and made other minor repairs not related to roofing. (They didn't tell me, I just noticed.) And the price was the best! No fancy truck or sales presentations, just the work you need done at a price you can afford. My experience could not be better.

Excellent. Jerry came out on a weekend and reviewed the issue from the roof and inside the garage attic where the leak was happening. He gave us an estimate. Came out on Monday, repaired the issue when we were not home and left us an invoice.

We have a hundred year old Chinese elm tree in our yard which has caused some issues with our roof over time. Merrell Roofing was first recommended to us by a friend in 2003 when we had an emergency situation regarding the tree. They were very responsive at that time. Since then, we have completed a re-roofing project in two stages. This is a small company that does a great job. The pricing is fair. And the work crews are conscientious and polite.
