Marie's Cleaning Service

Good.

She was okay. She was quick.

Her name is Marie Richard and I got her contact through Angie's List. I decided to hire her because I basically needed somebody to clean up my home. I was too busy with my life and just couldn't do it anymore. She is pretty professional. She is a little bit more than the going rates. The quality is pretty good.

She was prompt, and came when she said was going to here. She did a good job.

I appreciate her punctuality, but would prefer she not arrive earlier than scheduled. I would like to be out of bed when she arrives.

We called pretty much at the last minute. She was very busy and said she could not do the job. With further prodding she agreeded that she could fit some of the job in. She showed up at the agreed time with a helper. Several areas were not as throughly cleaned as I had hoped they would be. The bathroom ceiling that was sticky and dirty was not cleaned. Because she was feeling rushed I suspect it affected the quality of her work.

Having said that I think if I used her weekly then things would be cleaner, but she didn't have the availability. She is professional and hard working and will work with you if you want to take the time to guide her according to your preference.

I hired Marie to do a whole-house cleaning after I had some remodeling done. Unlike some of the other businesses I contacted, Marie came out quickly and provided a written estimate. She did such a great job, I now have her come out monthly. I've used other cleaning services before and have been generally disappointed. Marie is quick, thorough and professional yet friendly.

We heard about Marie from a co-worker. She came out and gave an estimate. I asked for floors and dusting, but she goes above and beyond and does other cleaning on a rotating basis. She has been flexible when we needed some appointments moved. Very trustworthy.
