Exterior Painting
Price was for the job to be completed although the owner felt it was a a specific amopunt of time - even if the work was not completed. The fact that the crew could not get the work done as scheduled was not out problem yet we wound up having to deal with the mess and job left partially complete by hiring another contractor

"[Member Name Removed], I respectfully ask that you remove this inaccurate review. You are well aware as I am of the situation that transpired on your home. My guys work their butt off restoring your home. Once there became a lead issue that neither one of us were aware of changed your project completely. You did not want to pay any additional cost so you work an agreement out with one of my subcontractors to finish the project for the balance owed. You are well aware of all the shenanigans involved in this project. But for the three weeks that I manage this project there was several guys there every day sanding and grinding on your home to try to give you the best finished product possible. I can forward you any pictures because we have this project well-documented. We only use top-of-the-line products from Sherwin-Williams exterior resilience home lifetime warranty and there wasn't any Corners cut... I am sorry that things did not work out between you and the subcontractor. As you are aware from your other estimates this was a 20K plus project. We had the opportunity to settle this once and for all at the Monroe County Courthouse but you fail to appear. I can agree that this job turned into a mess and again I apologize that things did not work out between you and the subcontractor. And the contractor you mentioned hiring to finish the project where my guys. This story could go on forever, you are well aware that both sides could have done some things differently in this situation but for you to bash my business publicly is appalling to me . We have been in business for 17 years and this was definitely one to remember."

Interior Painting
Never completed the job! Thomas Geftos should not pick up a paint brush ever! He spray painted the ceilings very poorly and got paint over everything! Little or no prep work was done to the walls. Did not caulk anything! Did not tape anything! After poorly painting some of the rooms and getting paint on the carpets, floors, cabinets, household furnishing, some of my wife s clothing and the sprinkler heads of the fire suppression system, the defendant attempted to alter the contract to cover the cost of the repairs. When I refused to sign the change agreement, he walked of the job! Never hire this painting contractor!

"Mr. [Member Name Removed] this is not accurate. I would respectfully ask that you remove this review. You are well aware of the fact that we were not supposed to paint the sprinkler heads due to fire suppression you were demanding that we painted them because you were getting married and you were having a get-together in your garage. This became an issue between the two of us which in the end you got what you wanted. As you mentioned in your description of the the project there were 25 different colors or so. The change order was because those colors continue to change as well as continue to change places on walls after work was completed. You were on a deadline and I brought guys in to get that project done as quickly as possible due to an upcoming wedding. Yes after way overextending ourselves and the constant color changes and placement of colors this job way over reached what we had originally agreed upon during the estimate. Again in 2006 we were a pretty new company and I am sure that there were many ways for us to improve our services. Businesses has came a long way since then. But this was not just an issue of some horrible contractor we have done thousands of jobs with thousands of happy customers. Interior Painting
Horrible!! Thomas Geftos only talent as far as painting goes is selling a good story of how professional his company is. He is a lousy painter! He did not spend the time preping the house for painting. He spray painted my ceiling in the foyer- paint everywhere. Did not cover floors properly - spend a day cleaning paint off my tile. Paint on my carpet as well. Drips on my doors. His staff tried painting around light switches - anything left on a wall will get painted. Does not caulk floor boards or anything for that matter. I had to point out every flaw on the job. He did not use his own set of eyes. Moaned and groaned how he was not making any money. Overall a horrible experience. The only reason I did not fire him is I paid him 1/2 up front. Never do that with a contractor. Learned my lesson. The only reason the paint job turned out half way decent is I followed them around pointing out uneven lines - missed spots etc. Do not use this contractor -- very messy does not care!!

In fact you even called me back and when I mentioned this review to you that you had posted that's when you decided to let me know what you thought of me. Why did you ever call my business again looking for additional work or touch ups. You were well aware that my cousin and myself were just starting out in this business. We gave you a great price I apologize if you were not happy, but throughout the project you did not express that to us, you even bought us lunch. When we left your home you paid me in full and told us you were happy. If there was more we could have done or the craftsmanship was not to your standards then you could have voice that while we were there and we would have done everything in our power to make you happy!!! Our business has came a long way since 2006 so if you're ever in the market for any additional painting please contact us at 734 735 0943 hopefully we could have the opportunities you give you a better experience."
