Blagec Brothers Heating Air

He came within an hour! Found the problem and fixed it. He was very nice and professional. The charge was reasonable. Glad to have my air working as I am asthmatic. I would recommend this company.

While we have used Blagec on several different occasions over the past four years, most recently they looked at a leaky bathtub drain while we were at work. They don't mind our nosy little dogs following them around the house, so that scores big points with us! They told us it was simply a matter of completely redoing the caulking around the bathtub and shower doors (which we are capable of doing ourselves, and did). We love that these guys never try to "over-diagnose" plumbing or heating issues - they always give you a straight answer, usually with a couple of different options to fit your budget. They are extremely trust-worthy, friendly, prompt, and ALWAYS return phone calls when they say they will. Highly recommended!

They arrived when they said and performed all services asked for. Because they installed my system several years ago, they did not charge me for the service.

I called for an appointment - the technician came out the very next day! He spent a little over an hour working the the furnace. When done, he explained EVERYTHING about my furnace, which, even though old, it still quite efficient and made me feel more confident that I don't have to replace my furnace yet. He said even if it does fail, they can install a new furnace the next day! I asked him several questions about the furnace (we just purchased the home this year, so knowing the furnace was original to the home, I was really concerned). He explained how the furnace was definitely top of the line even though it is no longer manufactured AND parts are still readily available. Like me, he subscribed to the idea "If it ain't broke, dont' fix it" - NO pressure to purchase a new furnace! I now have peace of mind, knowing that my furnace, though old, is still performing well and IF something does go wrong - it will be easy to fix. I will definitely call Blagec Brothers again. Also, he filled out and submitted paperwork so that I could receive a $50 rebate from my utility company for having the furnace completely checked - got the check already!

The routine service call went as expected. Service appointment time was kept. Friendly and knowledgeable technician.

They are fabulous. They clean up after themselves and they are very neat. They are great that way.

The very next day they installed a new furnace and the AC was up and running. They were very professional and friendly. They explained everything to me. I couldn’t ask for a better company.

Overall it was a great experience.
