They were great people explaining everything about what we wanted and the installers were very good.

I don't know what to say other than WOW. McKennen and Charlie did an amazing job on a bathroom that was absolutely destroyed by a terrible, unlicensed contractor. They came in and fixed the walk-in shower, flooring, trim... everything! It took less than 4 days to gut everything and replace it all (including the plumbing) and it looks incredible. 100% would use Home Pro of West Michigan again and cannot say enough great things about McKennen and Charlie. Kind, helpful, on time, answered all my little questions, respectful of neighbors. Amazing service, amazing people and an amazing company!

Would highly recommend HomePro. My initial appointment with Michele was handled very professionally. She was very knowledgeable about the windows and the structure of them . Had to special order due to the size of the windows. The installers where very polite and considerate of the property and answered all our questions as they installed the windows .

We had our roof replaced in 2021 and had our roof cleared of Debrie in December and discovered a 1"1/2 branch was stuck in our roof. We contacted Joe Barry and he checked it out. The weather was changing and he sent his crew out Saturday to make the repair before the winter storms. We are very grateful that we had them to do our roof and would choose them again. We used the Bath Planet side of Home Pro of West Michigan to do a bath to shower conversion in our master bathroom and a bathroom in our lower level. The process began in Nov 2021 and finished in March 2022. The actual remodel only took a few days, but the waiting period for parts from the Bath Planet supplier/manufacturer was the delay. The material and workmanship of the install was top notch. Any issue pointed out was quickly addressed to our satisfaction. The crew always showed up on time, laid down tarps to maintain cleanliness in our home, worked non-stop, and left a clean workspace at the end of the day. The installation manager, Collin, was always on top of things and communication was easy and pleasant. Members of the install crew were polite at all times. They didn't treat us like idiots and always answered any questions related to the project. Their goal was to ensure happy clients. Some may consider the remodel somewhat on the pricey side, but as with anything, you get what you pay for. This review is only related to Home Pro of West Michigan, and not an endorsement of any other Bath Planet franchise.

I am very pleased with the replacement window installation by Home Pros. The communication, workmanship and attention to detail is world class. After I saw their ad on TV, I looked up their reviews, which were excellent, so decided to give them a call. They came out within two days and did not require that both homeowners be home, which was a great help for scheduling. They met every deadline that they committed to and kept us informed along the way. While they were in our home installing the windows, they were very respectful of our home. When they were cutting out the windows, they immediately vacuumed the saw dust. Tom went above and beyond by purchasing pre-stained trim to match our windows. Unlike other contractors, when they finished the job, there was nothing that we didnâ t to do. We purchased the Joyce Heritage Signature windows and were very pleased with the features, quality and double lifetime warranty. I would definitely recommend them, and have already. Thanks Home Pro.
