"I realize this was a long time ago, but wanted to respond to let everyone know that Enviro-Decon normally receives very positive reviews as indicated on Google, Home Advisor, and Facebook. We are a very honest company and hire honest people and in this situation there was a misunderstanding involved with a simple light bulb with no malicious intent involved. We highly value our customer's feedback by following up after each job done to make sure there is complete satisfaction with our service and will do the same with any new customers we meet."
"I realize this was quite some time ago, but wanted to respond for the sake of everyone who reads this. We are apologetic that this job did not get completed in a timely fashion and that the customer did not receive our best service. In this situation, we had difficulty completing the job due to having to coordinate a contractor to do some of the work. Our contractor at the time was very busy, creating scheduling conflicts with him and this customer to complete the job. This is the very reason we do not contract out this type of work anymore as it makes it too difficult on the customer. We are sorry that we didn't clean up after the job as that is one of the highlights people mention when we follow up with them is that the guys doing the job cleaned up after themselves. We also feel that we price competitively and fairly for the type of work that is done. We use highly effective product and state of the art methods that get the job done...permanently."
