Telesco Floors & Interiors Inc

This provider has made several promises to complete this job but has failed to honor his word each time. It seems that one he received his money that he is finished caring about the customer. The installer was supposed to call to setup a time to come in and finish installing some show moulding and caulking down in front of the bathtub. I have talked with the owner, Jeff Telesco, numerous times on the phone with the same promises and failure to honor his word AND the contract. I do not trust this company to do what is promised.

Overall it went very well.  They were very responsive, starting the job about a week after we signed the contract and put down a deposit.  The price was about $1,000 less than the other 3-4 companies we had quotes from.  They prepped the floor by sanding un-level edges of the subfloor before laying down the underlayment.  One of the other companies we talked to wanted us to level the floor before they would start the job.  A 2-man team was sent and they finished in 4 days.  We provided them with base moulding and shoe moulding which they cut and installed.  This part of the project was done pretty well considering it was a product that they had never worked with before, it was a composite material and not wood. 
The only somewhat complaint we had is the cleanup portion of it.  When they were sanding sections of the subfloor in the living and dining rooms, no tarps or plastic was put up over the doorways and we ended up with a layer of sawdust in all of the other rooms on the main floor including the kitchen.  If we were at least warned of the dust storm, we could have maybe covered some things up or hung something over the doorways ourselves.  As the project was wrapping up, I was anxious about getting the rooms cleaned up, so I began swiffering up the floors.  I do not know if they would have done it if I had not.

They were half the price of everybody else we talked to.  They did a great job.  They subcontract out some of their work, but all those people did a great job too.  The whole thing was wonderful.
